Annie is a public library leader and consultant with 18+ years of experience aligning organizational vision, community assets, and staff engagement. She brings a systems-oriented approach to strategy, organizational culture, service innovation, and operational effectiveness.Most recently, Annie led Neighborhood Services at Denver Public Library, overseeing 26 branches and service design teams. She holds master’s degrees in Library Science and Business Administration, a B.A. from The Ohio State University, and is a Lean Black Belt with expertise in asset-based community engagement and human-centered design.
